Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Non‑Returnable Items

Because of their custom nature, personalized or custom‑made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Email us at al@alswoodworks.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you’d like to return

  • A brief note about the issue

We’ll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact use within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund.
